The time period for which we keep your personal information is 5 years. In respect of financial products and services regulated by the ACPR we will comply with their record retention periods. We will never retain your personal information for any longer than is necessary for the purposes for which we need to use it.

Accordingly, any information you provide to us for mortgages, loans or any other product or third-party service will be used solely for this purpose, unless you instruct us otherwise.

We will process your Personal Data using our own systems and, as appropriate, share such information with our third party service providers for the purposes of mortgages, loans, life insurance, other general insurance, and any other relevant third party service. It is your legal right to obtain further information from us concerning your Personal Data, including a description of the data we hold and how we use it. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of our Privacy Statement, or alternatively, a copy may be viewed in our Privacy Policy.
